I am Miisao, an self-employed artist from Germany with a focus on illustration and character design.
I mostly draw digitally and prefer drawings in the fantasy genre from super cute to bloody and dark,
I love to mix it up. I am mainly self taught but also have a completed bachelor degree of design.

The base price of my commissions (except fully rendered) consists of a
clean sketch and flat colour with soft shading/gradients.
If you would like to have a simpler version of a commission (e.g. without colour) or an upgrade

FULLY RENDERED

This is a colouration style I mostly use for elaborate illustrations.
But It can be applied to any of my commissions for an additional charge.

REFERENCE SHEET

100 €+It is always possible to adjust the price with
more or less details and images on the page ♥

With this commission type I create a reference sheet for an already existing character. A character design is NOT included, a template for the character must already exist for me to work with, but I am happy to modify design aspects by request.

A reference sheet contains in the basic price [as in the example picture]:
- 1x Fullbody, lined, flat colour with soft shading
- 1x close up of the head
- 1x close up of the eye
- Design and editing of the page

CHARACTER DESIGN

130 €+It is always possible to adjust the price with
more or less details and images on the page ♥

With this commission type I create your personal character according to your wishes.
What does this include?
- 1x Fullbody, lined, flat colour with soft shading
- 1x close up of the head
- 1x close up of the eye (if requested)
- 1x reference sheet

Both Character designs and Reference Sheets can also be ordered, for a charage up, in a
fully rendered style and additional poses and views.

EXAMPLES

Terms & Conditions – Miisao Illustrations

The following terms and conditions apply to the commissions service provided by Miisao Illustrations to you, the Client. The product is a digital file and does not require shipping.
Artist: The individual producing the Commission (“Miisao Illustrations”)
Client: The individual purchasing the Commission.
Commission: The form of service provided by the Artist to the Client per the Terms of Service. “Commission”, “Order”, “Art[work]”, “Image[ry]”, and “Project[s]” are used interchangeably herein and in Commission correspondence.

1. The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.2 The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.3. The Artist will not reproduce a copyrighted image or character without consent of its copyright owner, and as it pertains to Germany Copyright Law.4. By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist retains all rights (e.g., copyright) to the artwork.
The Artist reserved the right to display the artwork on their website and social media pages. If a Client is unhappy about the artwork being displayed, they must declare this upon placing the commission.5. The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s expressed, written permission.6. A full refund can only be made if the client notifies the artist before the start of work. If the client wishes to cancel an order after work has begun, the prepayment is considered forfeited. (Meaning: the artist has already sent intermediate steps to the order, before the cancellation request). In addition, the artist has the right to stop working on the order if these terms of use are violated.
6a. 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece are included in the price. A fee will be added if the clients wants additional changes or something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from the artists side has been made.7. The Artist has the right to pursue damages under Germany Copyright Law, should their exist a violation in addition to a breach of these Terms of Service.8. The client has only the right for personal use of the commission. Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed.
8a. If the drawing is used in public space (e.g., social media, websites, etc.), the artist must be mentioned by name as the creator. In no way does the client have the right to pass off the commission as his own.
8b. The Client may resell a "Custom Character Design" and a "Chibi Character Design" commission in compliance to the following rules:
- The Client may not charge more than he/she paid for the commission.
- The client must inform the artist of the change of ownership of the character design and inform the new owner of the artist's terms of use.
- The client must name the artist at the time of resale and explicitly mention that the design and not the rights to the artwork itself are being sold.
The special regulation "8b", for resale, only concerns the two above mentioned order forms ["Custom Character Design" & "Chibi Character Design"].Once you decide to commission me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
